Survey of driving following a whiplash injury 3 months – 3 years ago
UQ researchers are looking for volunteers who 1) are 18-65 years old, 2) are current car drivers, and 3) have neck pain resulting from a whiplash injury for the last 3 months – 3 years. The purpose of this survey is to better understand how a whiplash injury may impact on individuals’ driving and driving behaviours. You can complete the set of questionnaires in your own time directly on the web (surveymonkey.com/s/5NN8TNN) It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.Alternately, we can send you a set of the questionnaires to complete and you can return them to the researchers using an enclosed reply-paid envelope.
